Zhejiang Camel Transworld (Organic Food) Co. Ltd. is one of the key group members of Zhejiang Tea I/E Co. Ltd. --- the largest Green Tea Supplier in the world. The Camel Transworld started to conduct organic agriculture since 1989 and was certified by S.E.C. (now known as SKAL) in 1991. In 1997, it became a member of IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movement). By year 2003, The Camel Transworld has established and developed 9 certified organic farms with 9000 ha field, 2 organic noodles processing factories, and many other collaborating farms across the mainland of China certified by IMO, BCS and Japan JONA, all of which are under control with IFOAM and/or EN45011 accredited agencies in accordance with IFOAM standards and Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91, Japanese Organic JAS law or NOP of USDA, handling a comprehensive variety of certified organic products, covering tea, bamboo shoots, gingko biloba, edible fungus, fruit concentrates, vegetables, noodles, medicinal herbs, & etc.. |
